Top Shelf Absinthe

An intriguing green anise-flavoured spirit. 

Absinthe is made from distilling alcohol with wormwood, anise, fennel and other herbs. Still Spirits Top Shelf Absinthe spirit flavouring makes it easy to recreate Absinthe at home. Makes 2.25L.

It was once illegal in many places and thought to be  a dangerously addictive psychoactive drug and hallucinogen - there was no proof to that. 

It’s vibrant green hue makes it an impressive addition to your cocktails. Or go old school and serve by pouring over sugar cubes and adding water to taste.

Mixing Instructions

Shake well and add contents (50mL) to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) of 50% ABV distilled spirit.  Mix well. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles.
