Simcoe is a well established dual purpose hop from America. It has good bittering qualities when used in the boil while having a unique passion fruit aroma with piney and citrusy overtones. It can stand alone in a beer, or pair wonderfully with other hop varieties.
Well suited to Pale Ales and IPAs.
