The Hop Varietal series by James Squire takes advantage of seasonal hops to create unique occasional brews. This is our take of Hop Thief #7 from 2015, a popular drop that was seen in taprooms all across the country. A nice balance between hops and malts make this beer extremely drinkable, now yours to recreate at home.

This home brew beer recipe is our version of James Squires Hop Thief #7.

1 can Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale

1 can Morgans Master Malts Caramalt

25g Mosaic hops

25g Galaxy hops
