Moutere Hops

Moutere (formally known as Brooklyn) is a relatively new dual purpose hop from New Zealand. It is know for its very high alpha acid content making it an extremely efficient hop for bittering. Flavours and aromas produced by this hop are grapefruit, tropical fruit (passionfruit) and resinous pine.
