This all grain home brew recipe kit is our version of a Kosciuszko Pale Ale.
A crisp, clean refreshing Pale Ale that is pleasantly malty with a subtle fruity finish - Brass Monkey's is an easy drinking crowd pleaser.

How much beer will it make? A 23L batch will give you enough for 19L corny keg (with a few cheeky bottles) or 48 stubbies (so 2 slabs) of beer.
