Ella Hops - the half sister to one of our favourite hops Galaxy. Formerly known as Stella this gem is a cross pollination of Australian Galaxy and Spalt hops from Germany.
Use a little bit and you’ll get notes of floral and spice.
Use alot for big tropical flavours 🍍🥭.
She is best suited to Lagers, Pale Ales, Pilsners and Stout and fun to experiment with in your home brew recipes.
