EK Goldings Hops

East Kent Goldings (or EKG) is probably the most well known and loved hop from England alongside Fuggle. It is a dual purpose hop with imparts a soft and silky bitterness. Flavour wise, it is often described as earthy but also has aromas including lavender, spice, honey and notes of thyme.

It's a go-to hop for pretty much any English beer style, but also a great choice for Belgian Ales and Saisons.
