The Hop Varietal series by James Squire takes advantage of seasonal hops to create unique occasional brews. This is our take on the original Hop Thief #1. A nice balance between hops and malts make this beer extremely drinkable, now yours to recreate at home.

This home brew beer recipe is our version of Hop Thief #1.

1 can Black Rock Golden Ale

1 can Morgans Master Malts Caramalt

15g Citra hops

15g Ella hops
