Top Shelf Chocolate Mint Spirit Flavouring is a great essence if you are looking for something that has velvety smoothness and a crisp finish.

This alcohol liqueur is based with a clean refreshing mint aftertaste and a chocolatey richness with a refreshing after-splash, the sweet-and-minty way to finish off any day!

Add essence and 650ml Alcohol @ 40% to SS Liqueur Base "B" (made up as per Liqueur Base B instructions). Alternatively 250ml Sugar and 120ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125L with water. Makes 1.125L.
