Smooth, Tropical , Cloudy.

Hazy or cloudy in appearance, yet light in colour NBC’s Hazy Pale Ale delivers an intense tropical fruit aroma and flavour. It’s got a  smooth and creamy mouth feel with low to moderate bitterness. 

Heavy handed use of Citra and Ekuanot hops give it its flavour hit. We recommend going hard on the dry hop using Galaxy (50g) and Citra (50g) to increase the tropical flavours of mango, citrus and tropical fruit. 

You’ll want to use a yeast like Mangrove Jacks M66 Hop Head Ale Yeast to help the hazy characteristic. 

The younger sibling of our NEIPA, this is a more sessionable style beer.  Designed for summer, but drinkable any time. 

Brewed in a commercial brewery, all you need to do is add water, yeast and hops (both sold separately) and you'll have commercial quality beer, brewed by you.
