Thomas Fawcett Red Crystal malt has dark ruby red colour with an intense burnt toffee flavour. Depending on the amount used in the beer, its colour contribution can vary from copper tint to a deep copper red.
Red Crystal malt also contributes to body and foam stability. A great choice for beer styles ranging from golden lagers to darker ales.
Recommended up to 10% of grain bill.
