Joe White Dark Crystal Malt

Joe White Dark Crystal Malt has sweet caramel, dark fruit (prunes and raisins) and subtle coffee flavours. Depending on the amount used in the beer, its colour contribution can vary from light honey to a deep gold.

Dark Crystal Malt also contributes to body and foam stability. A great choice for beer styles ranging from golden lagers to darker ales.

Recommended up to 15% of grain bill.
