3 weeks of bottle conditioning up today so I will try a sample this afternoon. I have had this brew a few times before and it has always been excellent. So good in fact I now prefer my brew over almost any commercial beers.

Chocolate Porter

This is a great beer and even better when combined with crème de cacao to make a chocolate porter. Yummo!!!

Heck yeah

Obviously we all make our own beer. This particular red is a bit more darker than the original Irish red. Tastes great with a chocolate on red with any steak. Winner. 👍🤓

Very good base for Choc Mahogany Porter

I cold steep 125 g each roasted barley and choc malt for up to 24 hours , Add this to 500g dextrose 200g sucrose and 330g DME and the can. Brewed in Fermzilla at 10psi. I add about 30g Fuggles as dry hops after high krausen. Closed loop transfer , Very nice indeed.
