Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale turned into a Botanic Ale

For the second time I have used a tin of Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale, with Coopers Brew Enhancer 3, 500g of Light Dry Malt as the base for a Botanic Ale. What makes it special is 30g of juniper berries in a steep and 50g of Nectaron hops. Yummy!

Excellent base

used this as a substitute for my regular base and I am impressed.
Makes a good however malty Pale Ale.
I now use Kviek yeast exclusively and this took off like a rocket.
Brewed at 10psi in Fermzilla @ 37C , Make sure it is a high ABV if you want all the benefits of the Kviek.
