USA Sugar Daddy (Rich American IPA)

A robust, bitter variety of IPA; it reminds me of almost an English bitter. When first tapped (about 2 weeks after begging) the beer provided a ‘dry’ tasting aftertaste. However, within a couple more weeks of maturing this dissipated away to full-bodied, pleasantly-hopped flavour. Not for the ‘Tooheys New’ drinker but I’d encourage adventurous beer drinkers to give it a shot.

Brewed it with 13min boil chinook, 7 min steeped amarillo and mosaic and dry hopped with centennial. Have brewed with brew A before but this a very nice combo of hops with the Brew A and 1kg LDM.
