Motueka Hops

Motueka (formally named B Saaz) is an aroma hop from New Zealand. Its aroma character is an intense fresh lime with a subtle background of tropical fruit and a lemon zest finish. Big citrus flavours dominate in this one.

A great hop to use in lighter styles such as Pilsners but Motueka can also hold its own in bolder beer styles.
