This Classic Dry Lager kit has everything you need for lager perfection - including Pacific lager yeast! 

This gorgeous golden lager has a mild, malty sweetness, with a gentle hoppy bitterness that'll make your taste buds dance. 

To make it extra delicious top up the flavour with dry hops:

• 30g (or more) of NZ hops like Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for a bit of stonefruit and citrus
• 30g (or more) Australian hops like Galaxy or Vic Secret for some tropical hits

Recommended fermentables:

• 1.5kg Light Malt Extract or
• 1kg Light Dry malt extract  or
• 1kg dextrose

How much home brew beer does it make? The 1.5 kilo can makes 21 litres of beer (that’s the equivalent of 56 stubbies).
