Mosaic Hops

Mosaic is a relatively new aroma hop from the US. While it's classed as a dual purpose hop, it seems a bit of a waste of it's amazing aroma potential so we would recommend using it mainly for aroma. It's an immensely popular in the craft beer industry with a complex flavour and aroma profile that includes tropical fruits (mango, tangerine, papaya), citrus, stone fruit, pine and herbs.

Best used in hoppy Pale Ales and IPAs. It's one of our favourites which you'll find in more than a few of our craft beer recipes.
