Kveik Speed without the funk

A great, neutral yeast. Really good for clean american styles. Ripped thorough my wort in a couple of days at normal ale temps with an OG of 1.060+. Was suprised how fast it took of and fermented with a nice clean character so the Hops and malt shine.
